Log Haven Welcomes Return of Executive Chef Dave Jones
Log Haven is thrilled to announce the return of Executive Chef Dave Jones to Log Haven after a three-year hiatus. As the chef who helped put Log Haven on the national culinary map back in 1995, Jones has long been recognized as one of Salt Lake’s most talented and respected chefs. After 10 years at the kitchen’s helm, Jones left in 2005 to pursue other opportunities, including a highly acclaimed stint as Executive Chef at Bambara, which won the National Restaurant Association’s “Good Neighbor Award” under Jones’ leadership. Now, Chef Jones has returned to the Log Haven family as Executive Chef and Partner/Co- Owner, bringing his sophisticated, exciting cuisine to the restaurant’s devotees. Inspired by New American Regional and Pacific Rim influences from his many years of travel and research, Chef Jones’ cuisine reflects his reverence for fresh, seasonal ingredients, sparked by 25 years of culinary innovation.
